Monitor your mailbox for incoming invoices

Do you receive your monthly bills via email and you need to collect them manually for your accounting?
In future Bill-Organizer will do this job for you. You will get your own Bill-Organizer.com address (e.g. yourname@bill-organizer.com) where your bills can be sent to. After an invoice was received Bill-Organizer will analyse the content and extract the important information (like amount, reference number, etc.). Afterwards you will see the invoice in the portal where you can verify it or transfer it to your accounting software.

Synchronisation with 3rd party software

All your invoices that are managed by Bill-Organizer can also be synchronized with your favourite accounting software. So you can further automate the processing of incoming invoices. If an interface to the 3rd party software you would like to use does not exist, please let us know and we will try to implement such an interface.
